The Megger MIT2500 is a 2.5 kV insulation and continuity tester designed for motor and cable testing, specialist applications, and electrical testing where operating voltages exceed 1000 V and higher insulation test voltages are required.

This handheld instrument combines insulation testing up to 200 GΩ with fast continuity testing in a rugged, portable package. It features both fixed and variable test voltages, supported by test voltage feedback control that maintains output voltage within 2% of the selected range, even under load .
