HGTECH GT Series heat-sensitive semiconductor resistors

HGTECH GT series thermistor is a single-ended glass-sealed NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistor. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and high waterproofness, and is mainly used for high temperature waterproof temperature measurement and monitoring. The relevant introduction is as follows:

Structural features: The high-precision and high-reliability NTC thermistor chip is encapsulated into the required shape with Dumet wire, thermal conductive and waterproof glass shell materials. The thermistor chip uses gold electrodes, and the ceramic thermistor chip is compact and has high stability.

Performance parameters:

Resistance specifications: There are conventional parameters such as 5K, 10K, 50K, and 100K to choose from.

B value: The optional conventional B values are 3435, 3470, and 3950.

Dissipation coefficient: about 0.5mW/℃ (in still air).

Rated power: 35mW (in still air).

Insulation resistance: 10MΩ between the lead and the glass.
