Woodward 8440-1801 gear motor actuator set controllers

Woodward 8440-1801 is a generator controller in the easy gen-350/x series. The relevant information is as follows:

Functional features: It has diesel engine start/stop sequence control and preheating control functions. It has running hours, maintenance hours and start counters. Configurable trip level, delay and alarm category.

Display function: Equipped with multi-function 6-digit 7-segment LED, it can display measured values (voltage, frequency, speed), counters, alarm information and engine control unit (ECU) messages. Through CAN bus operation, it can also display J1939 messages from the engine ECU.

Configuration method: Support PC or front panel configuration, the front panel configuration is password protected to ensure the security of the settings. It also has an event recorder with 15 records, and the display content can be customized using paper strips.

Protection function: It has complete engine and generator protection functions, can perform true effective value (RMS) detection on the voltage, and can automatically start or stop when the mains power is off to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment.

Power and Mounting: Power supply range is 6.5 to 32.0V DC, and front panel mounting is used for easy installation and maintenance.
