Entegris HCE Filters Trinzik™ High Flow Filter is a product in Entegris' Trinzik™ high flow filter series. It uses hydrophilic surface modified PTFE and is mainly suitable for aqueous bulk chemical applications. The relevant introduction is as follows:
Filter media: It uses a hydrophilic surface modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane with high porosity. This material can achieve high flow rates, which helps to reduce operating costs. At the same time, the small pore size membrane design can effectively remove particles and increase production.
Structural materials: The filter body is usually made of materials such as polypropylene (PP), which can reduce extractables, ensure clean filtration operations, avoid contamination of the filter media, and ensure the purity of the filtration process.
Performance parameters: The maximum forward differential pressure is 5.5 bar (80 psid) @25°C (77°F), the maximum reverse differential pressure is generally lower than the forward differential pressure, and the maximum operating temperature is usually around 60°C. Application scenarios: Suitable for high-throughput filtration and packaging systems, high-turnover cycle filtration systems, and ultra-pure electronic-grade dilute acids and dilute alkalis. It can reliably control contaminants that cause defects in aqueous chemical processes in industries such as semiconductors, hard disk drives, and flat panel displays.
