Entegris HCM Filters Trinzik™ High Flow Filter is one of the Trinzik™ high flow filter series from Entegris, using a hydrophobic ultra-high-speed PTFE membrane for a wide range of solvent and aqueous applications. Related information is as follows:

Performance features:

High flow rate and low pressure drop: The optimized shape design achieves high flow rate and low pressure drop, and the best-in-class flow rate meets or exceeds other commercially available filters, which can process more volume of fluid in a limited time, helping to reduce the cost of ownership.

Efficient particle removal: The high-porosity hydrophobic PTFE membrane and small-pore membrane design can effectively remove particles, achieve advanced particle removal effects, and improve yields.

Good chemical compatibility: Compatible with photoresists, photosolvents, and acidic chemicals, but not compatible with alkaline solution TMAH, which can meet the process requirements of sub-10nm technology nodes.

Sterilization characteristics: The construction material is gamma-stable and autoclavable, which can be sterilized using caustics or autoclaves, or integrated into disposable components for gamma irradiation. Sterilization levels meet the bacterial challenge test ASTM F838, ensuring that microorganisms are removed from the fluid stream without adversely affecting the product.

Design: With good compatibility with the site or integrator, users can choose to integrate the buffer filter on site to meet specific templates and needs. It is also available in a variety of forms such as filter cartridges, disposable and POU filters to meet different application needs.

Material structure: The filter body may be made of materials such as polypropylene (PP), which can reduce extractables, ensure clean filtration operations, and avoid contamination of the filter media. And all components meet the USP<88>Class VI plastic testing requirements, providing biosafety and global regulatory compliance.
