Entegris HC0 Filters Trinzik™ High Flow Filter is a member of Entegris' Trinzik™ high flow filter series, featuring a hydrophobic high flow PTFE membrane and clean HDPE structure for fine chemical applications. Here are the details:

Filter media: A hydrophobic PTFE membrane with high porosity. This material allows for high flow rates, helping to reduce operating costs, while the small pore size membrane design effectively removes particles and increases production.

Construction material: The filter body is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to reduce extractables, ensure clean filtration operations, and avoid contamination of the filter media.

Performance parameters: Maximum forward differential pressure is 5.5 bar (80 psid) @25°C (77°F), maximum reverse differential pressure is 3.4 bar (50 psid) @25°C (77°F), and the maximum operating temperature is 60°C (140°F).

Sterilization properties: The construction materials are gamma-stable and autoclavable, and can be sterilized using caustic or autoclave, or integrated into disposable components for gamma irradiation. The sterilization level meets the bacterial challenge test ASTM F838, which can ensure the removal of microorganisms from the fluid stream without adversely affecting the product.

Compatibility: Compatible with photoresists, photosolvents and acidic chemicals, but not with alkaline solution TMAH, which can meet the process requirements of sub-10nm technology nodes.

Form factor design: Good compatibility on site or with integrators, users can choose to integrate buffer filters in situ to meet specific templates and needs. It is also available in a variety of forms such as filter cartridges, disposable and POU filters to meet different application needs.
