Range: The range is 0-70MPA (about 0-10000psi), which can meet the needs of various high-pressure measurement scenarios.

Measurement principle: Based on the Wheatstone bridge principle, the elastic sensitive element is deformed by force, so that the resistance value of the attached resistance strain gauge changes to measure the pressure, with an accuracy of ±0.5% full scale and a repeatability of ±0.2% full scale.

Output signal: The full-scale output is 3.33mV/V±2%, and it can also provide 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V and other output forms, which is convenient for connection with different control systems.

Structural features: With a flexible tube, the strain gauge and the transmission part can be kept away from the high temperature area, which is convenient for installation and enhanced thermal isolation. Equipped with a J-type thermocouple, the temperature can be measured at the same point, and the thermocouple can be disassembled and replaced on site.

Materials and performance: The material in contact with the medium is 15-5PH stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The maximum temperature of the diaphragm can reach 400℃ (750℉), the maximum operating temperature of the strain gauge housing is 121℃ (250℉), and the insulation resistance is 1000 megaΩ (50VDC), which can work stably in a relatively harsh industrial environment.

Calibration function: It has an internal 80% calibration function, and the calibration accuracy is 80%±1% of the full scale, which is convenient for users to perform daily calibration and maintenance.

Overpressure protection: The maximum overpressure is less than 2 times the full scale or 35000psi, which can effectively prevent damage to the sensor due to accidental overpressure.
