Dynisco PT460XL-20MPA-6 Thick Film pressure sensors is a thick film pressure sensor produced by Dynisco. It is mainly used to measure melt pressure and is suitable for industrial scenarios such as plastic extrusion and injection molding. The following is a detailed introduction:

Range: Its rated pressure range is 0-20MPa, and the melt pressure value can be accurately measured within this pressure range.

Accuracy: Usually the accuracy is high, which may reach about ±0.5% FS. It can provide more accurate data for pressure measurement in industrial production processes, and the long-term drift is small, which can ensure the measurement stability during long-term use.

Output signal: It may provide 3.33mV/V full-scale output. This output signal meets industry standards and can be used with most pressure indicators, which is convenient for access to various measurement control systems.

Installation method: Generally, 1/2 - 20 UNF thread installation is adopted, which can be easily installed in the standard sensor mounting hole. If there are special needs, a variety of other electrical connection methods can also be configured.

Measuring medium: It can measure liquids or gases that are non-corrosive to the stainless steel shell. It is mainly used to measure the pressure of high-temperature melts, but the premise is that the melt is non-corrosive to the stainless steel shell of the sensor.

Material and characteristics: It uses Inconel thick diaphragm, which has good wear resistance and thermal stability. It is suitable for environments with large wear or rough media. It has good stability and repeatability after internal 80% calibration.

Working temperature: The probe part of the sensor can withstand high temperatures, but the shell temperature resistance is generally below 80℃. Therefore, during installation and use, the sensor shell part needs to be fixed in a room temperature environment to improve measurement accuracy and service life.
