Dynisco PT460XL-100MPA-6 Thick Film pressure sensors

PT460XL-100MPA-6 is a high-temperature melt pressure sensor from Dynisco. The following is its introduction:

Range: From the model, we can know that its range is 0-100MPa. It can be used to measure the melt pressure within this pressure range. It is suitable for industrial scenarios that need to measure higher pressures, such as plastic extrusion, injection molding and other processes.

Accuracy: The accuracy is better than ±0.5% FS, which can provide more accurate measurement results and meet the needs of accurate pressure measurement in many industrial production processes.

Output signal: It provides 3.33mV/V full-scale output. This output signal meets industry standards and can be used with most pressure indicators, which is convenient for application in different measurement and control systems.

Installation method: It has a 1/2-20 UNF stop nut and can be installed in the standard sensor mounting hole. It is easy to install. If there are special needs, it can also be configured with a variety of other electrical connection methods.

Measuring medium: It can measure liquid or gas (no corrosion to stainless steel shell). In practical applications, it is mainly used to measure the pressure of high-temperature melt, but the premise is that the melt is non-corrosive to the stainless steel shell of the sensor.

Material and characteristics: It uses Inconel thick diaphragm, which has good wear resistance and thermal stability. It is suitable for environments with large wear or rough media. It has good stability and repeatability after internal 80% calibration.
