Chint ExASD E 2500DC isolating switches

Chint ExASD E 2500DC is a DC isolating switch specially designed by Chint for the new energy industry, with the following features:

Excellent electrical parameters: rated working voltage can reach DC1500V (4P), rated insulation voltage is 1600V, and rated impulse withstand voltage is 12kV. Rated currents are available in 630A, 800A, 1000A, 1250A, 1600A, 2000A, and 2500A. The rated short-time withstand current can reach 45kA (DC1250V/1500V) at 1s, and the rated short-circuit connection capacity (peak value) is 45kA (DC1250V/1500V).

Flexible number of poles and installation methods: The number of poles can be selected as 3P or 4P, and the installation methods are fixed and drawer, which can meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Stable and reliable performance: The high-tolerance contact material is used, and the contact system is anti-bounce design to ensure stable disconnection. The electrical life can reach up to 3000 times, and it can work in extreme environments such as -40℃-70℃ high and low temperature environments and 5000m high altitude. The short-circuit connection capacity can reach up to 100kA, which can adapt to the complex working environment of the new energy industry.
