Chint ExASD E 4000DC isolating switches

Chint ExASD E 4000DC is a product launched by Chint for the new energy field, with the following features:

Electrical parameters: rated working voltage can reach DC1500V (4P), rated insulation voltage is 2500V, and rated impulse withstand voltage is 12kV. Rated currents are available in 1250A, 1600A, 2000A, 2500A, 3200A, and 4000A. Rated short-time withstand current can reach 100kA (DC1250V/1500V) at 1s, and rated short-circuit connection capacity (peak value) is 100kA (DC1250V/1500V).

Number of poles and installation method: The number of poles is available in 3P and 4P, and the installation methods include fixed and drawer types, which can meet the needs of various installation scenarios.

Service life: Under DC1500V voltage, the electrical life can reach 2000 times (time constant 7.5ms), under DC1000V voltage, the electrical life is 1000 times (time constant 2ms), under DC750V voltage, the electrical life is 4000 times (time constant 2ms).

Performance characteristics: High-tolerance contact material is used, and the contact system has an anti-bounce design to ensure stable disconnection. It can operate reliably in extreme environments such as -40℃-70℃ and 5000m high altitude, with strong short-circuit connection ability, and can adapt to complex working conditions in the new energy industry.
