SMC CXSM32-50 double cylinder Dual Rod Cylinder

SMC CXSM32-50 is a double rod double action cylinder with guide rod produced by SMC company. The following is an introduction to its characteristics and applications:

Basic parameters

Cylinder diameter: 32mm, determines the output force of the cylinder.

Travel: 50mm, which is the distance the piston moves inside the cylinder.

Action mode: Double acting, by alternately inputting compressed air into the two chambers of the cylinder, the piston can move in both directions.

Working pressure range: minimum 0.05MPa, maximum 0.7MPa, pressure test pressure 1.05MPa.

Speed: The piston speed is usually between 30-600mm/s.

Fluid usage: Clean, dry compressed air, no need for additional lubrication.

Environment and fluid temperature: -10 ℃ to 60 ℃, avoid fluid freezing.

Structural characteristics

Built in magnet: convenient for installing magnetic switches, used for precise detection of piston position, providing signal feedback for automated control systems, and achieving precise control of cylinder motion.

Guidance function: Adopting sliding bearing guidance, with guide rod and sliding bearing (CXSM slide bearing).
