MVI56E-DNPNET: DNP3 Ethernet Module for ControlLogix®

The MVI56E DNP3 Ethernet Communication Module facilitates seamless integration of Rockwell Automation's ControlLogix® PACs into DNP3 Ethernet networks. As an Ethernet Client, it supports up to 40 DNP3 Ethernet server devices, including RTUs, IEDs, and various protection relays. With capabilities for 300 user-configurable commands and handling up to 20,000 data points, this module efficiently retrieves data from a network of devices through a DNP3 Ethernet connection.

Furthermore, the module also doubles as a DNP3 Ethernet server, enabling it to interface with other client devices like SCADA and DCS systems using the DNP3 protocol. Equipped with extensive event data storage for up to 20,000 time-stamped events, it buffers event data during communication outages with DNP3 client devices and reports this information once communication is restored.
