Siemens SIPART PS2 is the most widely used positioner for linear and rotary actuators, available in polycarbonate, aluminum, stainless steel or flameproof housings, suitable for all environmental conditions.

Signal and communication: Set point signal is 0/4–20 mA, with or without HART 7 or PROFIBUS PA 3.02 / Foundation Fieldbus protocol ITK 6.0, with link active scheduler function.

Stroke and angle: Stroke range 3-130 mm, larger on request; rotation angle range 30° to 100°, optional 180°.

Environmental adaptability: Ambient temperature -30°C to +80°C, optional -40°C to 85°C; required air quality is Class 3 according to ISO 8573-1; protection level IP66, NEMA 4x, optional IPX9K.
