Here is an introduction and technical parameters of the TESCOM 44-1100 Series Regulator:
The TESCOM 44-1100 series is a high-pressure, low-flow venting regulator. It adopts a piston-sensed design, featuring control pressures ranging from 6000 to 10,000 psig (414 - 690 bar), a low-torque setting, and a large hand knob. It comes with multiple pressure range kits, which is suitable for ground support equipment (GSE), support pressure panels, aircraft charging carts, R & D laboratories, and calibration equipment.
Maximum Inlet Pressure: Stainless steel is 10,000 psig / 690 bar; brass is 6000 psig / 414 bar.
Outlet Pressure Ranges: 0-500, 0-800, 10 - 1500, 15 - 2500, 25 - 4000, 50 - 6000 psig (0 - 34.5, 0 - 55.2, 0.69 - 103, 1.0 - 172, 1.7 - 276, 3.4 - 414 bar).
Material: Body is made of brass, 303, or 316 stainless steel. The main valve seat is Vespel®; the vent valve seat is CTFE; O - rings are Buna - N; back - up rings are Teflon®. The remaining parts are 300 series stainless steel.
Filter Material: For brass body, it is 40 - micron (nominal) - bronze; for stainless steel body, it is 15 - micron (nominal) - 316 stainless steel.
Operating Temperature: - 40°F to 165°F / - 40°C to 75°C.
Port Size & Type: 1/4 NPTF.
Flow Capacity: Cv = 0.06.
Load Type: Spring.
Weight: 4.8 lbs / 2.2 kg.
The removable valve assembly module allows for easy repair.
It offers excellent sensitivity across a wide range of pressure settings.
The piston - style sensor provides additional safety and reliability.
The unbalanced stem aids in positive shut - off.
Inlet and outlet gauge ports are standard.
Venting is standard, and the regulator vents to zero psig / bar in all pressure ranges.
It is available in brass or stainless steel, and numerous modifications are available.
In addition, there are 44-1113-24, 44-1115-24, 44-1116-24 and other models. These models may vary in specific configurations and parameters to meet different application requirements.
