Features

Adaptive PID controller: It can monitor the system's feedback on the frequency converter's adjustment action to achieve accurate and stable operation of the system.

Pipe filling mode: Makes pipe filling a controllable process (closed loop) to eliminate water hammer, pipe burst and water-gas mixing in the pipeline.

End of working curve function: It can detect pipe rupture and leakage. When the pump runs at the end of the working curve, the frequency converter will issue an alarm, stop the pump or perform other user-preset actions.

Dry pump protection: Continuously evaluate the operating status of the pump based on internal frequency/power measurement to reduce maintenance costs.

Multi-pump controller: The built-in multi-pump controller can control up to three fixed main pumps.

Motor rotation: It can realize the rotation between two pumps, one for use and one for backup, to prevent water pump corrosion and ensure that each pump has roughly the same working time and wear.

Flow compensation: Reduce the pressure set point according to the flow, which greatly saves energy.

Start/Stop Speed Step: The pump can be quickly accelerated to the minimum value of the normal operating speed range to avoid damage to bearings and mechanical seals caused by long-term low-speed operation of the pump. Sensorless pressure and flow control functions are also available.

Safety: With the optional safe stop function, it meets the requirements of Category 3 installation in EN 954-1 to prevent accidental start of the inverter.
