The Datasensor TL46 color mark sensor series uses RGB LED light sources and has excellent resolution, which can achieve high-precision color mark detection and accurately identify marks of different colors and contrasts. At the same time, this series of sensors has a fast response time and high switching frequency, which can quickly detect and respond to color mark changes, and is suitable for high-speed production lines. Its carefully designed sensor is encapsulated in a rugged metal housing and adopts a standard mounting method to adapt to various industrial environments. The M12 connector can be rotated in 5 positions to better adapt to the mechanical structure of the equipment and facilitate installation and wiring.

This series mainly has the following three models:

TL46-W Basic: With a setting button, 2 status indicators, suitable for various ranges, performance is greatly optimized, and the price is competitive.

TL46-WL Standard: It has 3 buttons and 4 LED indicators, and also provides a bar graph for manually setting thresholds. It has a switching frequency of 20KHz and can be used to detect color marks that are more difficult to detect.

TL46-WLF Enhanced: Offers a 4-digit display for advanced functions such as dynamic setting marks, and a 30KHz switching frequency, which is the highest parameter indicator among similar products on the market.

In addition, all versions can be equipped with an auxiliary focusing lens with a detection distance of 40mm, or a high-resolution lens and a 9mm focal length PMMA plastic special lens cover, which is particularly suitable for food applications.
