Features

Unique seal design: The combination of hard T-seal and flexible O-ring design provides bubble-free shutoff, good dust resistance and reliability for millions of cycles.

Valve body material variety: Anodized aluminum, brass and stainless steel body materials are available, and the connection methods are 1/4-inch NPT and BSP connections.

Wide range of application conditions: The pressure range is vacuum to 150 psig, and the operating temperature range is -60°C to 80°C, which is suitable for harsh conditions such as chemical, refining, food and beverage and life science processing.

Flexible mounting: There are two mounting versions, one can be directly mounted to the actuator through the NAMUR interface (in accordance with VDI/VDE 3845 standards), and the other is threaded to be installed on the pipeline.

Rich protection types: DIN standard, waterproof and explosion-proof solenoid coils are available for mission-critical and hazardous areas. There are also low-power structures suitable for remote and alternative energy sites.

Diverse functional configurations: Single and dual coil structures are available and can be installed in any position. All ports through the NAMUR interface are on the same side, which can better protect against water and dust. In addition, there is an Arctic version suitable for low-temperature environments. And, through a single flow plate design, the compact slide valve can be converted between three-way two-position and five-way two-position.

Application: Mainly used for control of air or inert gas in industries such as chemical, refining, food and beverage, and life science processing. It can also be used as a pilot control valve for large pneumatic equipment (such as pneumatic actuators or cylinders).
