The RFL-QCW 450/4500 is a high - performance quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) fiber laser product. It is an excellent alternative to traditional light - pumped YAG lasers and is suitable for various industrial applications such as spot welding, seam welding, boring, ceramics cutting, precision welding/cutting, PCB welding, electronic parts processing, and power battery welding.

Characteristics

Dual Work Modes: It has continuous and pulse modes. The peak output power can reach 4500 W, with extremely stable output performance and excellent light beam quality.

Wavelength and Power Parameters: The central wavelength is 1080 ± 5 nm. The average power (CW) is 450 W, and the average power (pulse) is also 450 W. The maximum output power is 4500 W, the maximum pulse energy is 45 J, the repetition frequency is 0 - 5000 Hz, and the pulse duration is 0.05 - 50 ms. The output power instability is within ±1.5%.

Output Connector and Fiber: It is equipped with a QBH output connector (IQB in some versions), and the output fiber core diameter can be 50 μm, with 100 μm and 200 μm as optional choices. The BPP (beam parameter product) is less than 2.5 mm·mrad.

Other Features: It has a red laser for alignment. The input power is 48 V DC (±10%), the control mode includes RS232, AD, and Ethernet, and the power adjustment range is 10% - 100%. The dimensions are 570 * 234 * 565 mm (including the handle), and the weight is less than 70 kg. The cooling method can be air - cooled or water - cooled. The working temperature range is 0 - 40 °C.
