Electrical characteristics

Output mode: voltage output, this output mode can provide stable signal output, strong anti-interference ability, and is suitable for occasions with high signal quality requirements.

Pulse number: between 60p/r - 500p/r, the appropriate pulse number can be selected according to the requirements of the actual application scenario for measurement accuracy. The higher the pulse number, the higher the measurement accuracy.

Output signal: There are A phase and B phase, and can be output with origin Z. The A phase and B phase signals can be used to determine the direction of rotation and measure the rotation angle, and the origin Z output can provide a reference position for system reset or calibration.

Response frequency: up to 150kHz, can quickly and accurately respond to the position and speed changes of the rotating shaft, and can be used in high-speed rotating equipment.

Mechanical characteristics

Dimensions: outer diameter 30mm, length 30mm, compact design, suitable for equipment with limited installation space. The shaft diameter is 4mm, with a D-shaped cutout. This shaft diameter and cutout design can ensure a reliable connection between the encoder and the drive shaft, transmit torque and ensure the accuracy of angle measurement.
