Features

Shaft diameter size: Usually a D-type cutout design with a shaft diameter of Ф4mm is adopted. This shaft diameter specification can better adapt to the shafts of some small motors or equipment, which is convenient for installation and connection. In addition, the D-type cutout can effectively prevent relative rotation between the encoder and the shaft, ensuring the accuracy of measurement.

Number of pulses: It is one of the models with multiple resolutions in this series. Common pulse numbers include 100P/R, 200P/R, 300P/R, etc. The appropriate resolution can be selected according to specific application requirements to meet measurement occasions with different accuracy requirements.

Working voltage: Generally, there are two voltage specifications of 5-12V or 12-24V to choose from. The wide voltage range design enables the encoder to adapt to a variety of different power supply systems, and it can easily obtain power support in different industrial equipment, which improves its versatility and adaptability.

Output signal and form: The output signal is phase A and phase B, and can be output with origin Z. The rotation direction of the encoder can be determined by the phase relationship between the phase A and phase B pulse signals. The origin Z output helps to determine the starting position or reference position of the rotation, providing a basis for accurate measurement and control. The output forms include open collector output, voltage output, etc., which can be connected to various types of controllers, drivers or interface circuits, and can be easily integrated into different control systems.

Response frequency and speed: The maximum response frequency can reach 150kHz, and the maximum speed is 6000r/min.
