Raycus RFL-C8000M-HP HP-Series CW Fiber Lasers

Raycus RFL-C8000M-HP is an 8000W multi-module continuous fiber laser in the Raycus Laser HP series, with the following features:

Optical characteristics: average output power is 8000W, central wavelength is 1080±5nm, maximum modulation frequency is 5kHz, output power instability is ±1.5%, with red light indication.

Output parameters: output connector is QD (customizable), output fiber core diameter is 100μm (customizable), beam quality BPP≤4mm*mrad, polarization state is random, output fiber length ≤30m.

Electrical and control: input power is 360 - 510V AC, three-phase four-wire connection is adopted, control methods include Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profinet, Profibus, etc., power adjustment range is 10%-100%.

Mechanical and heat dissipation: The size is 900×960×1160mm (including handle), the weight is less than 400kg, the heat is dissipated by water cooling, and the operating temperature is 10-40℃.

Performance advantages: It has high electro-optical conversion efficiency (≥38%), maintenance-free operation, wide modulation frequency range, multiple anti-high-reflection mechanisms, high safety standards, meets CE and PLD certification requirements, and has intelligent monitoring capabilities. It can monitor the signals of visible light, reflected light and leakage light, and control the laser status in real time.
