Raycus Global-Series CW Fiber Lasers is the global version of continuous fiber lasers launched by Raycus Laser, covering a full range of products from single module 1kW - 12kW and multi-module 20kW - 100kW. The following are its features and advantages:
Performance characteristics
High electro-optical conversion efficiency: using self-developed self-system optical fiber, new generation laser chips, etc., the electro-optical conversion efficiency is as high as 40% or more.
Excellent beam quality: by customizing the fiber waveguide structure parameters and adopting "active divergence angle control technology", the stability of the beam quality is guaranteed.
Wide modulation frequency range: supports a variety of modulation frequencies to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
Strong anti-high reflection ability: using "anti-feedback light patented technology" and other technologies to effectively prevent the return light from entering the transmission fiber and protect the laser.

Optical characteristics: Taking a 12000W laser as an example, the average output power is 12000W, the central wavelength is 1080±5nm, the maximum modulation frequency is 5kHz, the output power instability is ±1.5%, there is a red light indicator, the beam quality BPP is 3-4 (100μm), the polarization state is random, the output fiber core diameter is 50μm (customizable), and the output fiber length is 20m (customizable).
Electrical and control: In terms of input power, single-phase is 200-240V AC, and three-phase is 380±10% V AC; the control modes include external RS232, AD, Ethernet, etc.
Mechanical and heat dissipation: The size varies depending on the power. For example, the size of a 12000W laser is 560×1344×1157mm. The cooling method is water cooling, and the operating temperature is 10 - 40℃.
