SICK DGS80E-T01-TTL is an intelligent incremental encoder in SICK's DGS80 series. It adopts TTL output and has the following features:

High-precision measurement: It supports up to 8192ppr resolution, can accurately measure rotation position and speed, and provide accurate feedback signals for the control system, which can meet the needs of high-precision measurement and control.

Good electrical characteristics: It supports TTL output and is suitable for high-speed signal transmission occasions. The rising and falling edges of the signal are steep, and the anti-interference ability is relatively strong, which can ensure the accuracy and stability of signal transmission to a certain extent. The power supply voltage range is 5V to 30V, which is easy to integrate into most control systems. It does not require a dedicated power supply and can adapt to a variety of different power supply systems.

Easy mechanical installation: It has two aperture versions of 30mm and 42mm. With the reduction ring and the installation spring, it can realize the flexible installation of various mechanical apertures and mechanical parameters, and is convenient for installation on rotating shafts of different sizes. Equipped with universal mounting springs, slotted mounting springs allow the mounting position to be flexibly adjusted within 360° in 15° steps, and also with a clamping ring, which can easily clamp and install the encoder shaft without the need for special couplings or modifications to the motor shaft, saving installation time and easy integration.

Strong environmental adaptability: The housing protection level reaches IP66, which can effectively prevent dust and foreign objects from intruding, and can also withstand a certain degree of water spray. In addition, the impact resistance is 50g, 11ms, and the vibration resistance is 20g, 5Hz to 2000Hz. It has strong resistance to mechanical shock and vibration, which can ensure stable operation in complex mechanical motion environments.
