SICK DGS80E-T02-HTL is an incremental encoder in SICK's DGS80 series, with the following features and application scenarios:

Features

Electrical characteristics: It adopts HTL output mode, has strong anti-interference ability, and is suitable for occasions with strong electromagnetic interference in industrial environments. It supports a wide range of power supply voltages from 5V to 30V, can adapt to a variety of different power supply systems, is easy to integrate into various control systems, and is not easily disturbed by power supply fluctuations.

Mechanical characteristics: It has two aperture versions of 30mm and 42mm, and can be flexibly installed with different mechanical apertures and mechanical parameters through reducing rings and mounting springs. Equipped with universal mounting springs, the slotted mounting springs allow the installation position to be flexibly adjusted within 360° with a step of 15°. The clamping ring facilitates clamping and installation of the encoder shaft, without the need for special couplings or modifications to the motor shaft, and is easy to install.

Environmental adaptability: The housing protection level reaches IP65, which can effectively prevent dust and foreign objects from intruding, and can also resist a certain degree of water spray. The operating temperature range is - 25°C to + 85°C. It has strong shock and vibration resistance and can work stably in harsh industrial environments and complex mechanical motion environments.

Application scenarios

AC motor speed feedback: Provides speed feedback for the rotating motor shaft to help achieve accurate measurement and control of the AC motor speed. It can be applied to various equipment and systems that require accurate control of the motor speed.

Production machinery motion control: For example, in the conveyor belts, mesh rollers, rollers and other equipment in the steel rolling and metallurgical production lines, it provides speed measurement feedback for the motion control of production machinery to better control the production process and ensure production stability and product quality.

Lifting equipment: In lifting equipment, providing speed feedback to the inverter for the motor-driven lifting mechanism helps to achieve accurate control of the lifting equipment and ensure the safety and accuracy of the lifting process.

Stage equipment and elevators: It can be used for motion control of stage equipment to achieve accurate stage mechanical movements; in elevator systems, it is used to feedback control the motor speed to ensure smooth operation and accurate parking of the elevator.
