Features

Compact design: The thickness is only 20mm (solid shaft) or 25mm (blind hole), and the volume is small. It can be installed in equipment with limited space, which can significantly reduce the space required for the rear end of the motor and save equipment space.

Application scenarios

Length measurement: In packaging machinery, it can be used to measure the length of packaging bags for precise cutting. The conveying length of the packaging bag is accurately controlled by the number of pulses recorded by the encoder. When the set length is reached, the cutting device is triggered to cut.

Speed monitoring: Suitable for conveyor belt speed monitoring. It is installed on the drive shaft or roller of the conveyor belt. The running speed of the conveyor belt is obtained in real time by detecting the pulse frequency of the encoder to ensure stable and accurate conveying process. In the automatic guided vehicle (AGV), it is installed on the drive wheel, and the encoder is driven by the drive wheel to collect pulse values to monitor and control the driving speed of the AGV.

Textile and printing industry: In textile machinery, it is installed on the equipment motor to monitor the speed of the textile machine, thereby controlling the length of the textile and ensuring the quality of the fabric.
