Technical features

Multi-turn sensing technology: Using "MicroGen" energy harvesting technology, multi-turn sensing can be achieved without gears or batteries, and energy can be directly obtained from the movement of the encoder shaft, ensuring stability and reliability in long-term use, especially suitable for harsh industrial environments.

Bearing system: Equipped with a double-sided hybrid bearing system, it can withstand high axial and radial loads, ensuring that the encoder maintains high accuracy and stability under high-load operating conditions and prolongs its service life.

Corrosion-resistant design: According to ISO 12944-2 standard, it has special corrosion protection and is suitable for C5-M corrosion environments. It uses corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy or stainless steel housing, with passivated surface and impact-resistant powder coating, which can effectively resist erosion in harsh environments.

Output signal: Supports SSI (serial synchronous interface) output, can provide high-precision absolute position information, and can also output square wave TTL/HTL, TTL/RS422 incremental signals. Incremental signals can be used for speed measurement or as auxiliary position signals, which is convenient for interface and compatibility with other devices.

High resolution: single-turn and multi-turn resolution can reach 20 bits, which can provide accurate position measurement and meet the needs of various high-precision applications.

Wide temperature range: The operating temperature range is - 40℃ to + 100℃, which can adapt to a variety of different industrial environmental temperature conditions and maintain stable performance under extreme temperatures.
