HIMA HIMax series Module System XMR Cross Modular Redundancy

HIMA HIMax is a safety automation system launched by HIMA in 2008. It has been certified by TUV and has reached the SIL3 safety level. System features:

Flexible redundancy configuration: It has an upgradeable redundancy configuration and supports XMR structures such as dual, quadruple, sextuple, and octuple.

Software and hardware can be changed and expanded online: The software and hardware can be changed and expanded without restrictions during system operation, including the verification tests required by IEC61508, which can be performed online without interfering with the operation of the safety system.

Power distribution fully integrated protection: It has a fully integrated and fully protected power distribution to ensure stable power supply for the system.

Various installation methods: There are three different installation sizes, supporting panel installation and rack installation, and providing two different wiring methods.

Strong multi-tasking capability: With a multi-tasking system, each task can be processed separately, each task can be changed independently without affecting other tasks, and the user can also define the cycle time for each task.

Powerful diagnostic function: All modules have line monitoring function. Each I/O module can automatically store 500 diagnostic information, and the processor module can automatically store 2500 diagnostic information.

System parameters: Signal conditioning is implemented directly on the I/O module without affecting the CPU performance. Each system can be configured with up to 200 I/O modules and 16 racks, each safety network can accommodate 250 systems, and each cabinet can be configured with 1472 I/O points.
