I. Basic parameters and design

Valve body

Type: Wafer-Type, which can be directly installed between flanges of ANSI Class 150 to 300, compatible with DIN standards.

Diameter range: NPS 4 to 16 (DN100 to 400), covering the needs of medium and large pipelines.

Temperature range: -10°C to 400°C, which can be extended to extreme working conditions through special designs (such as thermal insulation fillers).

Material: The valve body can be made of carbon steel (1.0425/A216 WCB) or stainless steel (1.4404/A351 CF8M), and the valve plate is made of 1.4581 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance.

Electric drive system

Actuator type: SAMSON provides customized electric actuators that support multi-turn or partial-turn motion and adapt to the 90° rotation requirements of butterfly valves.
