High-precision control capability

Microprocessor technology is used to achieve closed-loop control of valve position with an accuracy of ±0.5% full scale (FS). It supports linear (characteristic 1) and angular (characteristic 8) valve control, and can be adapted to single-acting or double-acting pneumatic actuators, with a stroke range of 3.75 to 200mm. For example, when assembled to a 3277 pneumatic actuator, it can directly support valve adjustment with a stroke of 3.75 to 30mm.

Multi-protocol communication and diagnostic functions

Standard 4-20mA analog signal input, while supporting HART communication protocol (such as 3730-3), can interact with AMS device management system or HART handheld terminal for data, remote parameter configuration, fault diagnosis and valve health status monitoring. For example, through the HART protocol, key indicators such as valve friction coefficient and travel time can be read in real time to predict potential faults in advance.

Adaptability to extreme environments

The protection level is IP66 (positioner) and IP67 (sensor), and it can work stably in the temperature range of -60°C to 105°C, and the vibration resistance is up to 10g (5-2000Hz). The shell material is aluminum by default, and stainless steel 1.4581 can also be selected to adapt to corrosive environments.

Intelligent self-tuning and fault tolerance

Supports three-step quick debugging method (installation, air open/air close setting, initialization), triggers the self-tuning function (INIT) by pressing a button, and automatically optimizes the control parameters to adapt to different valve characteristics.
