Performance characteristics:

High flow rate and low pressure drop: The optimized shape design achieves high flow rate and low pressure drop. Its first-class flow rate reaches or exceeds other commercially available filters, which can process more volume of fluid in a limited time and help reduce the cost of ownership.

Efficient particle removal: The high-porosity hydrophilic and hydrophobic PTFE membranes are used, and the small pore size membrane design can effectively remove particles, achieve advanced particle removal effects, and improve yields.

Good chemical compatibility: Compatible with photoresists, photosolvents and acidic chemicals (but not compatible with alkaline solution TMAH), which can meet the process requirements of sub-10 nanometer technology nodes.

Sterilization characteristics: Gamma-stable and autoclavable construction materials can be sterilized using corrosives or autoclaves, and can also be integrated into disposable components for gamma irradiation. Sterilization levels meet the bacterial challenge test ASTM F838, ensuring that microorganisms are removed from the fluid stream without adversely affecting the product.
